Position Summar

Maintains, configures, and supports the Service Now FSM application. This role ensures scheduling tools, mobile workflows, inventory systems, and dispatcher interfaces operate smoothly to maximize technician efficiency

Administer the Service Now FSM environment, managing upgrades and daily technical operations - .Workspace Managemen
t:
Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Workspace to streamline task assignments - .Mobile Suppor
t:
Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians, including offline workflows - .Data Model
s:
Manage work orders, task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory planning - .Inventory & Logistic
s:
Configure parts management, stockrooms, and asset transfer rules - .Core Configuratio
n:
Build UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and system notifications
Skills & Qualifications
- :
Experienc
e: 3+ years of direct experience with Service Now Platform Administration - .Core Knowledg
e:
Strong grasp of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile playbooks - .Certification
s:
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory
