SCADA Engineer
Proven experience as a SCADA Engineer or in a similar role. Proficiency in SCADA software platforms (e.g., Siemens WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition). Strong knowledge of industrial automation protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3). Familiarity with PLC programming and configuration. Understanding of network design and cybersecurity principles for SCADA systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining system reliability.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus. Certification in SCADA or industrial automation is advantageous.

SCADA System Design:
Collaborate with project teams to design and develop SCADA systems tailored to specific industrial processes and requirements.
System Implementation:
Configure, program, and deploy SCADA hardware and software components, including Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and communication protocols.
Real-time Monitoring:
Continuously monitor SCADA systems to ensure the stability, security, and performance of industrial processes. Respond promptly to alarms and abnormalities.
Data Analysis:
Analyze real-time and historical data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues. Develop strategies for process optimization based on data insights.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Diagnose and resolve SCADA system malfunctions and software bugs. Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system backups.
Cybersecurity:
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect SCADA systems from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SCADA system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including automation engineers, process engineers, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless integration of SCADA systems with other infrastructure components.
Compliance:
Ensure SCADA systems adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols, such as NIST, ISA-95, and IEC 62443.
Training:
Provide training and support to operators and maintenance teams to enhance their understanding of SCADA systems and troubleshooting capabilities.
