SharePoint & Business Process Analyst Opportunity in Oakland, CA

As a SharePoint & Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a major SharePoint migration initiative while supporting process improvement and automation efforts. Your technical expertise, project coordination skills, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships will be essential in driving work streams to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of SharePoint migration activities, including planning, coordination, content organization, testing, validation, and stakeholder communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for migration-related activities, ensuring alignment across business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage multiple work streams with overlapping schedules, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Evaluate, configure, and administer SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, metadata, and content structures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop technology-enabled solutions to streamline business operations.
- Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Collaborate with business partners to document current-state processes and implement automated future-state solutions.
- Create user documentation, training materials, and communications to support adoption of new tools and processes.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and reporting capabilities to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating SharePoint migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online administration, content management, governance, and site architecture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, or document management initiatives.
- Familiarity with SharePoint governance, records management, and content lifecycle management.
- Experience with data migration tools and large-scale content migration efforts.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Experience facilitating business process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
