Client s IT organization seeks an experienced Program Manager (Expert) to lead Lean and Agile transformation initiatives, drive process efficiency, and manage large-scale IT programs aligned with enterprise goals.
Responsibilities:- Lead and coach Agile teams and senior leaders to accelerate transformation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct Agile maturity assessments and implement tailored roadmaps.
- Manage multiple complex IT programs ensuring alignment with business strategy and value realization.
- Apply Lean Portfolio Management to guide investments and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Foster collaboration, servant leadership, and a culture of innovation and learning.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and transparent stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor s degree with 8+ years of program/project management experience.
- Proven Agile coaching and Lean transformation expertise.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
The annual starting salary for this position is between $122,000 $ 173,800 annually.
