Mobile UX Researcher/Designer

Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS) is assisting a Healthcare IT Solutions Group to find a new Mobile UX Researcher/Designer for their Native App Team who work on multiple native apps for both patients and clinicians.

This position can be 100% remote for a Consultant who is open to working in the Pacific Time zone.

The ideal candidate has a strong design and user research/testing background and be expected to work both independently and in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to identify items to test, create a testing plan, build prototypes, conduct the research, and iterate based on findings and insights.

Key Qualifications

• Experience creating User Testing Plans and performing functional testing for mobile devices
• iOS and Android design standards experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other design tools
• Experience with Figma, Invision or other prototyping apps
• Outstanding written, verbal communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Perform user research to help inform product strategy and feature design
• An ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and create prototypes
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to create research plans
• Ability to rapidly iterate designs, create prototypes, and retest
• Consolidate findings and present to business stakeholders
• Actively seek out best practices for UX/UI research and design
