Job Summary:
This senior role involves leading the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of a critical Service Now Configuration Management Database. The primary focus is on ensuring the CMDB serves as a reliable data source through robust governance and data quality management. Collaboration with various IT teams is essential to enhance CMDB maturity and operational data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Service Now CMDB platform administration and optimization.
- Implement and enforce CMDB governance policies and standards.
- Manage the lifecycle and quality of Configuration Items (CIs).
- Drive CSDM implementation and service modeling initiatives.
- Configure and maintain the Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
Must-Have
Skills:
- Extensive experience with Service Now CMDB administration.
- Proven track record of CSDM implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with IRE and CI Class Manager.
Industry
Experience:
Experience in large enterprise IT environments is required.
