Summary:
This role supports critical engineering and operations technology for electric utility systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing systems and deploy new technology solutions. The position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to ensuring technology aligns with business needs.
- Provide day-to-day support for engineering applications.
- Assist in the administration and configuration of CAD software.
- Analyze and document business processes and user requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and quality reviews.
- Communicate effectiveally with stakeholders regarding system enhancements.
- Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to analyze and document business processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with utility operations technology or system deployments is preferrred.
