Pay Range: $70 to $75/hour on W2

This role supports senior engineers in crafting robust technology solutions aligned with business needs for IT projects. You will contribute to defining implementation strategies by leveraging your understanding of IT standards and available services. A key aspect involves ensuring technical solutions accurately reflect logical designs and promoting the use of reusable components.

• Aid in designing technology platforms to meet project requirements.
• Assist in developing implementation approaches for technology solutions.
• Help ensure delivered solutions match logical design specifications.
• Promote the development and reuse of common solution components.
• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.

• Experience assisting with technology solution designs, system architecture, and aligning physical configurations with logical designs.
• Hands-on experience supporting IT projects through planning, analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with Engineers, Architects, Product Specialists, System Designers, and Technology teams.
• Experience with business requirements analysis, buy-vs-build decisions, solution alternatives, implementation-level design, and project estimation.
• Ability to quickly understand utility business processes, technology enablement, information modeling/system architecture.
