Our client is seeking a 5+ years of experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in the Litigation Practice Group. Hybrid, Oakland role with partnership track, 1,610 billables, tiered bonus.
Roles & Responsibilities- Draft pleadings, motions, and manage written discovery.
- Take/defend depositions; argue motions; participate in mediations and trials.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies, including complex multi-party discovery.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel; negotiate and meet and confer.
- Manage cases independently with strong tactical decision-making and organization.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 5+ years of general litigation experience.
- Experience with depositions, document review, and discovery.
- Strong research, analytical, communication skills; proficient in MS Office, DMS & e-discovery tools.
- 1,610 minimum billable hours with performance incentives.
- Hybrid work schedule (Oakland office-based).
- Established partnership path, collaborative environment, and pro bono opportunities.
