Supply Chain Associate

* Manage customer orders fulfillment process, working with internal/external partners to receive and process customer orders within our ERP and execute order fulfilment with distribution partners
* Responsible for ERP system inventory transactions including but not limited to creating and posting purchase orders and receipts for inbounds from Thailand and transfers between US facilities
* Monitor, reconcile and track US inventories
* Responsible for timely verification and processing of customer orders Bills of Ladings (BOLs) within our ERP to support customer invoicing and financial reporting
* Work with external logistics providers to coordinate and schedule transportation for customer orders and materials transfers between US facilities
* Manage inbound ocean freight by tracking and monitoring inbound containers and publish status reporting to cross-functional partners
* Support key customers by securing supply of needed materials for fulfilment
* Approve invoices related to transportation and warehousing
* Lead projects and change management efforts as needed
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, or other Operations/Supply Chain majors preferred
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts (co-packers, 3PLs)
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience with MS Excel
* Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to be highly flexible in a constant changing environment
* Experience with Infor Syteline/ERP systems beneficial
* Excellent written and verbal skills
