Senior Logistical Planner

Join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Oakland, CA. We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our supply planning function for a diverse range of material categories. This role offers a hybrid work environment with the potential for on-site presence up to three times a week at our Oakland office.

• Oversee supply planning for multiple material categories.
• Review and release purchase requisitions and initiate stock transfers.
• Coordinate and communicate allocation plans during material shortages.
• Provide material procurement support during emergencies.
• Collaborate with program management, construction, and business finance teams.
• Maintain SAP planning parameters to meet target fill rate and inventory turnover.
• Present findings and make recommendations to management.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean six sigma tools.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management, statistics, and forecasting methods.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MRP or other MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting.

• Master's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, APO, or Oracle Demand Planning.
• APICS CPIM Certification.
• Intermediate knowledge of lean six sigma concepts and tools.
