Strategic Sourcing Manager

Seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies for a Vegetation Management portfolio. This role is responsible for supplier governance, category management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization while ensuring operational and capital project needs are met.

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, contract governance, and supplier performance management.
• Develop category and portfolio strategies to drive cost savings, sustainability, and supplier diversity.
• Conduct spend analysis and lead contract negotiations and awards ranging from $500K–$10M
  .
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sourcing team, including supervisors, category leaders, and sourcing specialists.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve sourcing processes, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
• Drive supplier relationship management and ensure contract compliance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing sourcing strategies, supplier governance, and contract negotiations.
• Utility, vegetation management, forestry, infrastructure, or project management experience is preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and/or SAP SRM is highly desirable.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $$140,000 – $208,000 annually.
