We are seeking a talented professional to lead and manage our sourcing categories with a focus on software, hardware, and telecom. You will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, negotiation, and supplier relationship management to drive cost savings and enhance service excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain or related field
• Sourcing life cycle management experience
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings
• Experience managing software, hardware, and/or telecom
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Strong analytical skills and ability to combine information from different sources

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline
• Experience in procurement or related field
• Utility industry experience
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification
• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Certification
• Experience with Ariba and Supplier Relationship Management
• Knowledge of database and information systems (e.g., SCADA, ERP, SAP)
