IT Project Manager
The UX project manager's main job is to organize, lead, and oversee activities in UX design, content, research, and publishing teams. They work with internal stakeholders and the in-house UX team to create project timelines and ensure the UX team completes their work on schedule and within budget. They also join scrum calls with product managers and IT and bring in the UX team when necessary.
Basepay range
$42.00/hr - $43.00/hr
Pay TransparencyThe typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $42.00 - $43.00/hr final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures

- Education/
Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience working with UX teams
- Skills:
- Verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Knowledge of software such as Smartsheet, Jira, Planview
- Required Skills:
- Project Management experience
- 1-3 years of experience working with UX teams
