Regenified was founded in 2022 by the pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture.

Regenified’s purpose is to accelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified, and common enablers that power a regenerative economy. To date, our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs and fresh produce.

We are seeking a Head of Verification Operations to serve as the guardian of our integrity and the architect of our scale. Crucially, you are responsible for the business logic of verification. You will own the P&L for the department, ensuring that as we scale, we become more efficient, maintaining quality and integrity of services. You will design an engine that delivers scientific and practical integrity while driving efficient and cost effective service, ensuring we deliver value to farmers and customers by way of insights and intelligence as they strive to advance in their regenerative journey.

• Architect the Delivery Function:
  Define the long-term operational roadmap. You will determine the optimal mix of internal verifiers, external contractors, and third-party partners to meet global demand.
• Strategy for Scale-up (Franchising and Licensing):
  Design and execute a scalable verification ecosystem. You will develop the strategy for potential “franchising” or licensing our verification protocols to third-party certification bodies, creating a decentralized network that maintains our high standards.
• Own the P&L:
  You are responsible for the financial health of the Verification function. You will manage the budget, forecast operational costs, and drive strict accountability for unit economics.
• The Future of Verification:
  Lead the transition and advancement toward tech-enabled verifications, where possible. You will work in collaboration with our Technology team to strategize how remote sensing, AI , and digital data ingestion can add value to verification without sacrificing scientific rigor.
• Lead the Standards Function (Governance & Roadmap)

• Oversee and manage the Standards team in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of protocols and verification methodologies. You ensure the “R&D” process moves on schedule and aligns with business goals.
• Process Governance:
  Own the “System of Record” and data dictionary protocols. You ensure the team maintains rigorous version control and data consistency across all program rules and calculation models.
• Stakeholder Orchestration:
  Oversee the process of public consultation and stakeholder feedback, ensuring external inputs are organized and reviewed by your technical team effectively.
• Team Management & Enablement

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of technical experts including scientists, certification specialists, operational staff. You are responsible for their performance, career growth, and “calibration”.
• Training Architecture:
  Oversee the development of the “Regenified Academy.” You will direct your team to create comprehensive internal training materials, calibration guides, and partner onboarding resources.

• Mission Alignment: A deep passion for regenerative agriculture and a desire to support the farmers, ranchers, and partners leading this movement.
• Relevant Expertise:
  Bachelors's or advanced degree in relevant field. Experience in certification bodies, audit operations, consulting, or scalable service delivery, with the credibility to build trust with scientific stakeholders and commercial partners. Experience in franchising, licensing, or partner-network is a bonus.
• Functional Strength: 7+ years of experience in Operational Leadership with P&L responsibility and team management.
