Client Success Manager

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Sponsor Delivery / Clinical Trial Operations).

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts, leading meetings and ensuring clear communication of agendas and action items Drive responsiveness for sponsor requests and communicate effectively to ensure satisfaction while managing business risks Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans and maintain reliable data in CRM and operational systems Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred, with business or analytics backgrounds welcomed 3-7 years of experience in Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, Study Operations, or related fields Experience leading communication with external stakeholders, including presenting updates and handling urgent inquiries High sense of ownership, organization, and familiarity with oncology trial processes and privacy regulations is a plus Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools;

strong reporting skills in Excel/Slides
