This is a part-time on-site role for a House Manager located in Oakland, CA. Qualifications- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead staff effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to address the needs of guests, residents, and team members
- Experience in Training team members to promote efficiency and alignment with household standards
- Basic or advanced skills in Cooking are a valuable asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exemplary time management skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience as a house manager or in a similar role preferred
