The Associate Director of Impact and Learning is a results-oriented learner and leader who holds Rising Sun’s vision to use data to manage program performance, improve outcomes and increase overall impact. The position is charged with improving the organization’s existing program models by proactively providing data and analysis that helps Rising Sun manage the performance of outcomes and service delivery. The Associate Director of Impact and Learning will be a member of the Director team collaborating closely with the Chief Program Officer and Program Directors, as well as program staff responsible for data collection and management, sharing insightful and actionable data with them to inform programmatic strategy.

The Associate Director of Impact and Learning is responsible for managing the Salesforce Administrator vendor relationship while also providing thought partnership and basic support to staff who use Salesforce. The position reports directly to the Chief Development and Communications Officer, and will work closely with staff across career levels.
