Industrial Painter

Rinvio is hiring a Industrial Painter for an industrial skilled-trades role in the Oakland, CA market. This is an hourly contract role; exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Primary scope: industrial painting, coating preparation, surface prep, masking, finishing, touch-up, and quality control.

What you will do:

• Perform surface preparation, masking, coating, painting, finishing, and touch-up work in an industrial environment.
• Follow coating procedures, safety requirements, quality checks, environmental controls, and documentation expectations.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, safety, and supervisors to keep work moving cleanly.

Background that fits:

• Industrial painting, coating, blasting, manufacturing, shipyard, fabrication, or heavy industrial experience
• Comfort with surface preparation, masking, coatings, mixing, spray or brush/roll work, and finish quality
• Able to follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and production documentation
