Wood Assembler for Luxury Furniture

Workplace: Oakland, California

Hours: Monday through Friday, beginning at 6:00 AM

Compensation: $19 to $26 hourly, commensurate with your background

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented individual to help us construct bespoke, luxury furniture. If you possess a deep appreciation for fine materials and meticulous workmanship, this position offers the chance to engage in detailed fabrication, assembly, and finishing tasks.

• Utilize precise carving and measuring instruments to put together custom furniture pieces
• Analyze and follow complex design blueprints and project requirements
• Execute the precise shaping, cutting, and fitting of various wooden parts
• Help maintain the high level of quality and uniformity required for our premium products
• Manage woodworking equipment and hand tools with a focus on operational safety
• Work alongside designers and fellow builders to successfully complete artistic furniture projects

• Prior background in furniture construction, cabinetry, or general woodworking
• A keen eye for detail to ensure every piece meets our strict standards
• Skilled in the use of fabrication machinery and wood measurement devices
• Capable of contributing to a team environment while also managing tasks solo
• Dedicated to upholding rigorous safety protocols and production excellence
