*** The shift for this role pays $45 to $55 an hour DOE. We have full time and part time roles (Morning, Evening, and NOC shifts available!

** Registered Nurse/RN

** RNs
* * are a trusted and valued member of the
** Transforming Age
** team, providing the care and compassion our residents’ needs. They will support our Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, fill in with community support, and be a trusted advocate for our incredible residents and team!
** Our Registered Nurses:
*** At least 18 years of age.
* Cleared Criminal Record clearance through the Department of Social Services prior to presence in the community.
* Health screening and TB test results not older than 6 months.
* Current First Aid Training and Certifications as per Title 22.
* A current RN license issued by the State of California is required.
* Working knowledge of computers and typing, sufficient enough to be successful with computerized Point of Care and other systems.
* Minimum of six months in long term care, home care or related field.
* Demonstrated competence in technical and manual skills according to the scope of practice for RN's
** What you need to succeed!
*** Be a graduate of an accredited RN program
* Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing
* Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term Care (2 years or more) preferred.
* Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
* Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team members
* Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
* Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents.
* First aid and CPR certification per local title 22
* Completion of a background check, drug screen, and other pre employment tasks required by certain state/local guidelines such as a physical, fingerprint, and TB test.
