Position OverviewMLR is seeking a skilled Med‑Surg/Telemetry RN to become part of a vibrant healthcare team in Central California near Lake Isabella. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver top‑notch care in a collaborative and supportive setting, working with patients in a medical‑surgical and telemetry unit.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient‑centered care in the med‑surg and telemetry units.
- Monitor vital signs and telemetry for changes, ensuring timely interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
- Assess patient conditions, document changes, and update care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Licensure:
Active California RN license. - Certification: BLS required, ACLS preferred.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Acute/Med‑Surg care is preferred.
