Your RoleAs an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence.
What You’ll Do- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
- Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&D, and splint applications.
- Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
- Perform digital blocks and regional anesthesia; start IV fluids and perform minor surgical procedures, including wound closure, foreign body removal, and closed reductions of simple fractures or dislocations of fingers/toes.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as aspirations and injections of joints, bursas, and cysts.
- Apply and modify braces, splints, and other orthopedic appliances.
- Review and manage daily tasks, patient callbacks, and lab results while on shift.
- Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4‑5 patients per hour.

- Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree, valid state license, and national certification.
- Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and valid state license.
- Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages.
- DOT Certification: Must be obtained prior to start date (Carbon will cover course and exam fees).
- BLS and/or ACLS certification required before first day.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ER, urgent care, or similar setting.
- Availability to work two full weekends per month (required for full‑time clinicians).
- Ability to work in other clinic locations and some holidays as needed (preferred).
Hourly Base Rate: $69.75 - $97.00
Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional 28%
Part Time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $72,540 – $100,880 base (at 2 shifts per week)
$79,069 – $109,959 with productivity bonus (at 2 shifts per week)
Full Time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $108,810 – $151,320 base (at 3 shifts per week)
$128,396 – $178,558 with productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week)
Compensation offers include an hourly rate, a wRVU bonus plan, a weekend differential, and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
