Travel Registered Nurse RN Hospice

The Hospice Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals at the end of life. This role focuses on symptom management, emotional support, and improving the quality of life for both patients and families. The nurse works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care is delivered in accordance with hospice philosophy.

• Provide direct patient care, manage symptoms, and support families in a hospice setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Offer emotional, spiritual, and practical support to patients and families.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.

• Minimum of 1 year of current work experience in hospice care.
• California State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
