We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Visiting Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in‑home nursing care. The RN will conduct insulin administration, perform skilled nursing assessments, and provide wound care services during scheduled home visits.
Responsibilities- Administer insulin injections safely and according to physician orders
- Perform comprehensive RN assessments
- Provide wound care, including assessment, treatment, and documentation
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team or physician
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care coordinators
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in California
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
