Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Breast Surgery, High Risk Breast (Oakland, CA)

Full‑time position providing care for patients at high risk for breast cancer. The advance practice clinician will see a mix of follow‑up and new patients, caring for those in our high‑risk screening program or with a history of breast cancer, and will play a key role in growing the high‑risk breast health clinic.

• Evaluate new patients for breast cancer risk.
• Prescribe best practices for breast cancer screening of the high‑risk population.
• Provide patient education on cancer risk reduction.
• Follow up on results and manage the in‑basket workflow.
• Deliver longitudinal clinical follow‑up care for high‑risk patients.

• Experience in running a High Risk Breast Clinic, preferred, not required.
• Experience in in‑basket coverage, preferred but not required.
• Current California State NP or PA License.
• Active DEA registration.
