HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Clinical Services for a Health System in San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Responsibilities- We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager, Clinical Services to provide nursing and administrative oversight for Urgent Care Clinics, as well as,Adult Medicine, Adult Immunology.
- The leader will directly oversee Urgent Care staff and indirectly oversee Adult Medicine and Adult Immunology staff through a supervisor/lead.
- The ideal candidate will have strong ambulatory/outpatient leadership experience and the ability to support clinical operations, staffing, workflow optimization and team performance.
- Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; - Experience:
Leadership experience overseeing nursing teams and clinical staff - License:
Active CA RN License required - Certifications:
BLS; ACLS through the American Heart Association - Computer
Skills:
Information systems experience (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite
