McClure Post Acute Full-Time | AM Shift Starting Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per Hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
Build meaningful relationships with residents through companionship and attentive care Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and regulations
Maintain current and accurate resident care documentation and service plans
Review shift reports and care assignments to ensure continuity of care
Help maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
