Registered Nurse

We are looking for an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high‑quality care in an outpatient dialysis setting. You will lead a clinical team, coordinate patient care, and help patients manage end‑stage renal disease and chronic kidney disease with compassion and expertise.

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, including trend lab values, track vital signs, manage weight, and oversee outcome measures.
• Ensure that you and your clinical team deliver the highest level of care, maintaining patient safety, comfort, and well‑being.
• Participate in training at a designated facility or clinic and be prepared to float to various clinics during and after training.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Build long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team, where staff RNs are central to patient care.
• Provide care to patients with multiple comorbidities, applying comprehensive nursing knowledge and skills.
• Oversee patient observations, vital measurements, and machine setup with support from PCTs.
• Engage in a fast‑paced environment that utilizes your clinical judgment and hands‑on skills.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg preferred.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school; BSN preferred; a three‑year diploma may be substituted.
• Completed training approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
• Supervisory experience preferred; willingness and ability to supervise required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Compensation for this role ranges from $42.00 to $59.00 per hour. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following completion of one month of continuous employment.
