We are looking for Part‑Time, weekend Restorative Nursing Assistant for AM shift.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $25.00 to $27.00. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Use equipment correctly and safely in performing patient/resident care.
  • Follow infection control techniques in performing patient/resident care.
  • Observe and report signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
  • Prioritize patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
  • Maintain all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
  • Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Wear safety equipment as required for the job; report any safety hazards and/or accidents to supervisor.
  • May participate in restorative meetings to review resident progress.
  • May perform CNA job duties or assist CNAs as directed by Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Completion of Certified Restorative training course.
  • A valid CNA license and CPR certifications.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing environment desirable.
  • Caring team player and customer service focused personality.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
