Medical Hill Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team on an on-call/per diem basis
.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the care team
  • Supervise and provide direction to LVNs and CNAs
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident assessments as needed
  • Coordinate care with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition
  • Follow infection prevention and control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and nursing standards
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
  • Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Current CPR certification required or preferred
  • Previous skilled nursing, post‑acute, or long‑term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
  • Dependable, compassionate, and resident‑centered approach
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work flexible on‑call shifts as needed
