About the Role

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on a Full-Time AM shift. As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure residents receive quality, individualized care in accordance with their care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing supervisors
  • Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
  • Active California CNA certification required
  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
