Position Overview

As a Live Sales Team Member
, you ll support the success of our live shopping broadcasts by preparing merchandise, organizing inventory, assisting hosts, fulfilling orders, and ensuring each show runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare merchandise for live shopping shows.
• Organize and stage products for hosts before and during live streams.
• Assist with inventory organization and product replenishment.
• Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support hosts during live broadcasts by keeping products organized and readily available.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment.
• Assist with shipment processing, inventory counts, and stock organization.
• Support setup and breakdown of live sales events.
• Work collaboratively with hosts, production staff, and the operations team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion and the Dolls Kill brand.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving merchandise throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
