• Operate the cash register and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash drawer operations with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product information or demos.
• Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store remains attractive and well-maintained for customers.
• Assist in merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring product knowledge is current for effective product demos.
• Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times.
• Support supervising staff during peak hours or busy periods by overseeing retail sales activities and ensuring smooth operations.

• Proven experience operating POS systems and managing retail sales transactions efficiently.
• Strong cashiering skills with a solid understanding of retail math, basic math calculations, and cash drawer handling.
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively, provide product demos, and promote upselling opportunities.
• Bilingual abilities a plus to assist a diverse customer base confidently.
• Prior supervising experience is desirable for supporting team leadership during shifts.
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism with phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries or support calls.

Pay: $24.08 - $29.00 per hour
