In-House Telemarketing Sales & Customer Support Representative

Location: City of Industry, CA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20-$25 per hour base + 3%–5% commission after minimum quota (Unlimited commission potential)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable In-House Telemarketing Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team. This position focuses on calling our existing customers from our website , assisting them with placing orders, and providing excellent customer support. This is not cold calling — you will be working with customers who already know our brand.

If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and earning commission with no cap, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Sales & Order Support

  • Call existing customers to assist with placing orders by phone or online
  • Recommend products, upsell, and cross-sell when appropriate
  • Follow up on abandoned carts, previous orders, and inactive customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

Customer Support

  • Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and shipping
  • Resolve basic customer issues such as order status, returns, or product questions
  • Provide a positive, professional customer experience
  • Escalate complex issues to management when needed

Administrative & CRM Tasks

  • Accurately enter orders into the system
  • Update customer records and notes
  • Track call activity and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized sales documentation
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in telemarketing.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, professional phone presence
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (telemarketing a plus)
  • Comfortable using computers, websites, and basic CRM/order systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work on-site in City of Industry, CA
