If you’re a sales champion, ambitious, confident, competitive, and serious about building a high-income career in construction sales, apply today.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events
    .
  • Own a personal revenue target of at least $2M annually.
  • Expected to consistently generate new qualified opportunities each week.
  • This is not only an account maintenance role, but also a business development role.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and demonstrating Forticon’s value.
  • Prepare estimates and proposals with the support of our estimating team.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits, qualify leads, and collaborate with estimators and project managers.
  • Work closely with operations and project management to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven B2B sales experience
    , preferably in construction, paving, or a related industry
    , but not required, as training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
    .
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to drive revenue.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of estimating and pricing in construction (preferred but not required).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation

$150,000 + at Plan

Forticon is an asphalt paving and maintenance contractor based in Oakland, CA, working in the public and private sectors alike around the Bay Area since 2015. We provide pavement maintenance, repair, and installation to new construction, Commercial and Industrial properties, Shopping Centers, Residential communities, and Apartment complexes. Our services include Asphalt Removal and Replacement, Protective Seal Coat, Sriping, Concrete Sitework, and Exterior ADA Improvements.
