We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing UKI team. In this role, you’ll partner with leading enterprise customers to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and build long‑term relationships that drive mutual success. You’ll manage a full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, and collaborate across teams to achieve results.

This is a full‑time, remote role based in the UK or Ireland, with a strong preference for candidates located in the London or Dublin areas.
Technologies You’ll Use- Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Looker, Demandware, Ironclad, Workday
- Contribute to Fivetran’s growth in the enterprise segment.
- Learn the fundamentals of Fivetran’s technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days.
- Consistently achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer‑first approach.
- Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy.
- Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices.
- Build pipeline opportunities by establishing relationships with prospects and clients, and by working with technology partners and GSIs.
- Strategically engage with C‑level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage.
- Experience selling enterprise solutions in the UKI market (typically 5+ years), with a record of delivering results.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and colleagues.
- Calm under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and communicate it clearly.
- Analytical and curious; able to identify opportunities and challenges through thoughtful evaluation.
- Motivated and positive; you bring persistence and energy to achieving goals.
- Adaptable and flexible when priorities shift or conditions change.
