• Greeting people and talk about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
• Interact and consult with perspective buyers to guide them through their purchase
• Create the world class vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers
• Complete quotes, return texts/email/voicemail, other duties to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and create a game plan to meet those goals

• Capable of basic computer and mobile device operation

• Able to work five days per week including weekends
• Able to attain a California Vehicle Salesperson License
• Requires valid M1 license endorsement and be able to confidently perform a test ride on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle
