Account Management Representative
We are looking for an Account Management Representative to maintain client relationships, support account activity, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts
+ Respond to customer requests and resolve service issues
+ Track account activity, renewals, and follow-up items
+ Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs
+ Prepare account updates, reports, and documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 2+ years of account management, customer service, or sales support experience
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
+ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
+ Problem-solving and organizational abilities
+ Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
