BSG is seeking a Campus Residential Security Shift Supervisor for a prestigious private university in Oakland. The Supervisor oversees residence access controls, high‑visibility patrols, safety escorts, building checks, and community engagement. Supervisors foster positive relationships with students, staff, and visitors, serve as the primary responders to emergencies, monitor security and fire/life‑safety systems, accurately document events, and enforce campus residential rules. The role reports to the Account Manager and acts as a liaison between campus personnel, students, law enforcement, and BSG management.

- Shift: Full‑time Morning and Swing (Saturday – Tuesday), Part‑time Grave (Monday/Tuesday)
- Hourly Rate: $28.50 per hour
- Schedule aligned with the college calendar, tentatively starting mid‑August 2026 through May 1st (subject to change)

- Current California Guard Card License
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record for 3 years

- Ability to remain calm, think critically, de‑escalate conflicts, and communicate effectively in crisis situations

- Clear understanding of emergency response procedures and protocols
- At least one year of experience in security, mobile patrol, or event staff roles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
