Security Shift Supervisor - College Campus Residences

BSG is seeking a Campus Residential Security Shift Supervisor for a prestigious private university in Oakland. The Supervisor oversees residence access controls, high‑visibility patrols, safety escorts, building checks, and community engagement. Supervisors foster positive relationships with students, staff, and visitors, serve as the primary responders to emergencies, monitor security and fire/life‑safety systems, accurately document events, and enforce campus residential rules. The role reports to the Account Manager and acts as a liaison between campus personnel, students, law enforcement, and BSG management.

• Shift: Full‑time Morning and Swing (Saturday – Tuesday), Part‑time Grave (Monday/Tuesday)
• Hourly Rate: $28.50 per hour

• At least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current California Guard Card License
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record for 3 years
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with basic computer and smartphone usage
• English speaking, reading, and writing skills required; additional languages a plus
