** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or actions taken according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts.

+ Support cash handling, opening and closing activities, and other sensitive operational periods by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and escalation procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Possess an armed guard card or license.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
