Dispatch Supervisor – Greater Bay Area, CALocation: Greater Bay Area, CA
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
Job Type: Full‑time, NON‑EXEMPT
Schedule: Open availability required (including weekends and holidays). Must be available to support and oversee 24/7 dispatch operations.

The company seeks an experienced and confident dispatcher supervisor to oversee dispatch center operations. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate high‑volume communications across multiple field sites. Experience in dispatch, law enforcement, or a command center is preferred, along with readiness to step into a supervisory role.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of dispatchers across multiple shifts
- Ensure accurate, efficient communication with field personnel and clients
- Monitor and review incident reports and dispatch logs
- Train and onboard new dispatchers
- Respond to escalated calls and coordinate emergency response efforts
- Maintain shift schedules and ensure full coverage of dispatch operations
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (REQUIRED)
- CPR/AED Certification (REQUIRED)
- High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field (PREFERRED)
- 2–3 years of dispatch experience (security, EMS, or law enforcement preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CAD systems or similar scheduling/dispatch tools
- Advanced technology proficiency (dispatch platforms, spreadsheets, reports)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
