Full-Time, flexible days; availability required from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm; 16-40 hours per week
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage of $35/hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

Responsibilities- Support day-to-day supervisor operations, including training new officers, performing post checks, and scheduling to ensure the site has zero dark posts.
- Direct, supervise, and support shift officers; provide customer service such as welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control and respond to operational emergencies with timely communication and accurate reporting.
- Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders; develop and maintain effective client and staff relationships; act as liaison between Garda World, the client, and staff.
- Maintain zero safety incidents and foster a robust safety culture appropriate to the operating environment.
- Handle corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and participate in disciplinary decisions up to termination.
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Supervise and manage employees on the shift; maintain a professional relationship with the client at the site.
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone; write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years in a leadership position required; two years of security industry experience preferred.
- Strong report writing skills; sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration; strong proficiency with technology.
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is advantageous.
- Current BSIS Security License (Guard Card) and additional 32-hour security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during onboarding).
