Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Perform screening-related duties for people, packages, freight, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location, following established post orders and reporting concerns to site leadership;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations in accordance with site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including shipping, receiving, warehouse, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by site;
Support logistics and distribution operations by monitoring access points, verifying credentials and/or shipment information, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and routine observation
