Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious persons, activity, or conditions according to site-specific procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed;
Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities
