Flex Security Officer (All Shifts)
Must have active California Guard License. LIC: 122480
Expectations: work any shift on any day; work weekends/holidays; provide coverage for scheduled vacation time and a variety of sites; hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; possess security experience; work 24-36 hours per week.
What You'll Do- Conduct mobile patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
- Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
- Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
- Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities
- Current Security License
- Clean driving record and Driver's License
- Attention to detail and superior integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for creating a safe environment
- Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience
