Commercial Roofing Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of various roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling at least 50 lbs.
• Climb and operate on ladders
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Roofing; at least 1 year preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical

The hourly rate generally ranges from $20 to $33, based on qualifications and experience.
