You will support daily maintenance operations at a busy apartment community, helping keep units and common areas in top condition.

This role offers steady weekday hours and competitive pay.

Pay: $25-$26/hr based on experience

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

* To complete work orders, repairs, and general maintenance tasks

* To troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

* To prepare units for move‑ins through make‑ready work

* To maintain cleanliness and safety across the property

* To assist with emergency or urgent maintenance needs as required

Required Skills

* Previous apartment maintenance or building repair experience

* Ability to use basic hand and power tools; must own tools

* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or appliance repair

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
