Maintenance Technician

Human Good community is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to support a safe, comfortable environment for older adults in our senior living community. In this role, you'll perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on resident apartments, building systems, and common areas, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical work. You'll respond to work orders, support safety and emergency systems, assist with apartment turns and events, and collaborate with care and hospitality teams.
