Painter

Overview

The full salary range for the Painter is $40.64 - $45.74 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $45.74 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor in the Facilities Services Maintenance Department.
• Coordinate and communicate with campus customers to understand needs and fulfill work order requests for painting services.
• Provide painting services indoors, outdoors, in and on structures, street postings, signs, asphalt, and curbs.
• Coordinate with other skilled trades in preparing the campus  new builds for launch and occupancy.
